We all have a duty to protect our people and property

A reliable and effective Fire Alarm System is essential for all commercial properties.

Many Fire protection and life saftey providers have only the one system offering, limiting their technical solution options to you. Here at Axel Electrical are well verse with multiple different manufactures.

This enables us to match and offer a system solution from a selection of the leading manufacturers that best meet your own particular needs.

Fire Detection

Emergency Voice Alarms

Early detection saves lives

Conventional Fire Alarm
–    divides your premises into broad zones
–    in the event of an alert, the fire alarm panel identifies the zone, but not the precise area
–    most suitable for smaller or lower risk environments

Addressable Fire Alarm
–    each individual device has its own unique electronic address
–    if one activates, the fire alarm panel tells you precisely where the problem is
–    most suitable for larger or higher risk environments – e.g schools, care homes, hospitals

Disabled WC Alarm Systems

The Equality Act (formerly The Disability Discrimination Act) made it the responsibility of all companies, nationwide, to ensure that access to buildings and services is available to everyone.

Disabled people should be able to find, and use, suitable toilet accommodation no less easily than non-disabled people. All disabled toilet cubicles should be fitted a with suitable ‘call for assistance’ alarm system.

Axel Electrical offers a range of fully compliant BS8300 Disabled WC Alarm Systems available either as stand alone alarms or systems that can be integrated into our range of Emergency Voice Communication Systems.

From our extensive experience working within multi storey commercial and residential properties, we are experts in the installation, commissioning and maintenance of complex, integrated EVCS systems.

EVCS (Emergency Voice Communication Systems) or Disabled Refuge Systems are designed for use in buildings that contain refuge areas.

The intercom system allows emergency services to be in constant contact with the people in the refuge areas who seek assistance.

The Equality Act 2010 (formerly The Disability Discrimination Act) made it the responsibility of all companies, nationwide, to ensure that access to buildings and services is available to everyone.

From our extensive experience working within multi story commercial and residential properties, we are experts in the installation, commissioning and maintenance of complex, integrated EVCS systems.

Aspirating Smoke Detection, also known as Air Sampling Detection (ASD) systems, can detect fires at a very early stage, even before the usual visual signs of a fire become apparent.

VESDA (an abbreviation of Very Early Smoke Detection Apparatus) is a very early warning aspirating smoke detection solution. The name VESDA has become a generic name for most air sampling applications.

Particularly designed to protect high risk, high value locations, aspirating systems can be fully integrated with traditional fire detection systems and aesthetics modified to be sympathetic to the environments in which they are installed.

Our very early detection systems are available in a variety of models to accommodate a broad range of environments and applications.
