P2 Kingscross Kier site

P2 Is the latest project being delivered as part of the 67 acre redevelopment, will primarily comprise of office accommodation over nine floors. It will also include a 600-seat theatre with associated bar and front & back of house facilities. The ground floor on the south side will be dedicated to retail space, further expanding the shopping experience outward from the Coal Drops Yard complex, which features an eclectic mix of big name brands and independent boutiques. This was a Siemens fire alarm system with a Baldwin Boxall refuge and pava system.

Devonshire Sq Building 9A

This Project was an upgrade of the original fire alarm system, install additional detection in 3 office and install of new detection to 5 office and main entrance.

Devonshire Sq B9

This Project comprised of a new fire alarm installation and disabled refugee alarm over 4 floors of office space and a main reception.

Lanserhof at the Art Club

This project was a new fire alarm installation across 6 floors of gym space, changing rooms, treatment rooms and a bar area.
